CBC strength and conditioning is purely based on the needs of the individual. To start the process we first take each athlete through a comprehensive movement assessment that will show us the structural integrity, flexibility, mobility, strength, and coordination of the athlete. This assessment will then yield a warm up program that will be used before each session to raise core temperature, stimulate the nervous system and prime the athlete for the days workout. Workouts are structured while keeping in mind positions played, the time of year, lifting experience and the athlete's goals. Programs are tailored specifically for pitchers, position players and two way athletes.
