Alyssa Marquez has been with Chapman Baseball Compound since 2019, serving as a driving force behind the operational excellence that defines our facility today. A graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Communications and a minor in Public Relations, Alyssa brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to every aspect of the business.

As the backbone of our day-to-day operations, she oversees employee and client interactions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Her ability to build strong relationships and maintain high standards has played a key role in the continued growth of CBC.

While she manages the daily complexities of our staff, client relations, and business operations, she finds the greatest reward in witnessing the developmental journey of our athletes. For her, the true passion lies in watching players grow, building their confidence, refining their skills, and ultimately evolving into big-league names.
